they/them

I believe that healing is relational and happens in connection with others—human and non-human alike. My approach to therapy is rooted in liberation, somatics, and trauma healing. I offer ways to explore and (re)connect with bodily sensations, emotions, spirituality, creativity, and the environment. Through this work, my hope is to provide a supportive space for people to create deeper connections to themselves, others, and the world. I strive to provide anti-oppressive and liberating services that assist folks in processing matters that are important to them. I value feedback about how the process is going and what changes may need to be made. I am affirming of gender, sexuality, and non-traditional relational dynamics—such as ethical non-monogamy, BDSM, and kink. I am also affirming of alternative methods of healing, spirituality, and spiritual practices—such as ancestor veneration, astrology, tarot, Buddhism, Paganism, and more.

I have a background in filmmaking, photography, and media studies. My personal experience navigating the mental health field as a trans, queer, disabled, and neurodivergent person inspired me to become a counselor. I received a Trauma Counseling Certificate through Antioch University Seattle in 2023 and am currently in their Master of Arts (MA) program working towards my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC).
