I am a systemic, neurodiversity-affirming relational therapist who supports individuals, couples, and families in building safety, connection, and belonging. My work is experiential, body-based, and grounded in the understanding that healing happens through relationship—both with ourselves and others.
With a background as a dancer and performer, I bring creativity, humor, and movement into the therapeutic space. I draw from dance movement therapy, eco-psychology, and social permaculture to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, their environments, and their communities. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and affirming of diverse expressions of identity, including kink, sexuality, and nontraditional relationship structures.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly late-identified autistic and AuDHD adults, as well as those navigating complex relational dynamics and significant identity shifts. This includes exploring new ways of relating to family, building boundaries, and cultivating meaningful friendships and community. I support clients in integrating all parts of their identity into a cohesive and empowering life narrative.
Much of my work centers on the often-overlooked foundations of healthy relationships: belonging, mutual understanding, and authentic connection. I help clients navigate loneliness, develop relational skills, and find or create spaces where they can be fully themselves.
In addition to one-on-one therapy, I have a background in facilitating groups and supporting communities in developing deeper connection and collective care.
As an intersectional feminist, my work is guided by the values of freedom and belonging—the belief that true belonging exists where individuals are free to be fully themselves. My lived experience as a queer, AuDHD, gender-fluid practicing Witch and pagan, as well as a mother and grandmother, informs my practice, alongside a deep love of wilderness and off-grid living. I honor the human need for rhythm, environment, and connection to the natural world as essential parts of relational healing.
If you are seeking deeper connection—with yourself, others, or your sense of place in the world—I welcome you to reach out.
