I believe that every life is valuable and every soul is deserving of care and compassion. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist of color, I seek to cultivate a space that is safe and welcoming for those who have felt othered throughout their lives. I work from a trauma-informed, identity-affirming lens.
I am passionate about experiential and expressive therapies (art, movement, music, etc.). Every person is unique and deserves a unique, individualized approach. I am eager to meet others where they are at and walk alongside them in their growth and healing journey.
For the past three years, I have worked on a multidisciplinary team for the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have also worked with clients to navigate challenges related to ADHD, autism, gender and sexual identity, and racial identity.
Beyond the therapy room, I love to sing and play music, dance, write, make collages, and explore our beautiful state.
