they / them
I am a clinical mental health counselor and art therapy student intern currently training at Antioch University. As a queer, trans/non-binary, and neurodivergent Counselor and Art Therapist-in-training, my work is profoundly influenced by my commitment to fostering environments where individuals can express themselves authentically—embracing the messiness, complexity, and entirety of their identities as they navigate and transcend the various labels that describe their journeys.
Creative practices are an essential part of how I work. Whether through art-making, reflective practices like tarot, ritual, and meditation, or simply making space for nonlinear processing, I believe there are many valid paths to healing, growth, and reconnection. However we move together — through stories, images, silence, or conversation — my intention is to walk alongside you during our work together.
In therapy, I invite my clients and artists to co-create a space that feels grounding, affirming, and attuned to your unique needs. My practice is rooted in feminist and queer theory, narrative therapy, and a neurodivergent-affirming paradigm. This means I center your stories and identities— always with an awareness of how systems of power and oppression, and our various intersectional experiences, shape our inner, outer, and relational worlds. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we can question dominant narratives, celebrate resilience, and explore new ways of understanding and being.
Beyond nerding out about counseling and art-making, I love reading queer fantasy books, wandering in forests and along shorelines, sewing clothing, and eating delicious food!
