Hello, I’m Rachele, and I strive to create a therapy space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in care. I believe people change not in isolation, but through nurturing relationships that feel safe enough to be honest and curious.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern completing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University, and I am also working toward a certificate in Medical Family Therapy. My work is informed by a systems-based, trauma-informed approach that attends to emotional, relational, spiritual, and physical dimensions of life.
I am especially drawn to working with couples and partnerships of all forms, teens experiencing anxiety or depression and their families, individuals or families navigating grief and loss, as well as those navigating medical issues, and the relational impact of gender-affirming care. When one part of a system is in pain, the ripple effects are real, and so is the possibility for repair.
Therapy can be challenging and at times uncomfortable, but it can also open space for meaningful change. Before entering the therapy field, I spent many years as a professional artist. Creativity, curiosity, and lived experience continue to inform how I work with clients. I value empathy, care, and relational understanding as active practices that help people build resilience and lasting change.
