We are living through wild and perplexing times on Planet Earth, and I am genuinely glad you are here. Amid the uncertainty, my hope is to offer a space where you can pause, breathe, restore, and gently explore whatever is asking for your attention. This may include a relationship challenge, life transition, identity exploration, or making sense of past experiences.
I am currently in my final year of graduate studies at Antioch University where I am pursuing a degree in Couples and Family Therapy. My path to becoming a therapist has been guided by a deep, lifelong curiosity about understanding our interior world: how emotions shape our behavior, how early experiences leave lasting imprints, and how healing can happen in connection.
I bring a strengths-based, person-centered approach, rooted in a systemic, trauma-informed, and non-pathologizing lens. I strive to co-create a compassionate and culturally attuned space where you feel safe to show up as you are and explore where you want to go. I am especially drawn to working with couples and moresomes, both monogamous and consensually non-monogamous, and family systems. I also value the opportunity to support individuals across a wide range of experiences and identities.
My therapeutic approach integrates Experiential, Emotionally-Focused therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I also incorporate somatic awareness and draw on non-traditional, esoteric practices like Tarot, when desired. What matters most is that therapy meets you where you are and adapts to what you need.
