I’m a graduate therapist intern and artist currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy at Antioch University Seattle. My path to therapy has been shaped by years of creative work with others—as a tattoo artist, art educator, and residential counselor—where I witnessed how art and connection can support healing and self-discovery.
I bring a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, with deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My work integrates art therapy, Gestalt, existential, attachment-based, and narrative approaches, along with Internal Family Systems (parts work) and somatic awareness. I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, others, and our environments.
I’m passionate about supporting people navigating identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, and the impacts of trauma. I am naturally a curious person, and that doesn’t change in my therapist role. Additionally, you don’t need to identify as an artist to work with me or do art therapy—just a willingness to be curious and explore creatively.
Outside of my therapist mode, I’m usually making something—tattoos, engravings, or drawings—or traveling and spending time in nature. As a creative myself, I understand how important art making can be for understanding yourself and I am excited to facilitate that for you.
