I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee completing my training through National University's Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy program. I have always been drawn to caring for others and have spent time working as a dental assistant, caregiver, and Reiki practitioner. Each of these roles has been instrumental in shaping my outlook on individual and relational wellbeing and ultimately led me to pursue a career in marriage and family therapy.
I have a passion for working with families, new mothers, those navigating faith transitions, and anyone facing the challenges and changes that life often presents. I recognize that spirituality and belief can be deeply woven into a person's sense of self, relationships, and healing — and I welcome the exploration of these dimensions in our work together, whatever that looks like for you.
I draw from systemic and strengths-based frameworks, with a particular interest in narrative therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe in honoring each client's unique story and inner wisdom as a foundation for healing and growth.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in spending time with my toddler and family, dabbling in an array of crafts (crochet, embroidery, baking, drawing — you name it!), practicing Reiki, playing Stardew Valley, and hiking. These pursuits deepen my connection to creativity, intuition, and the natural world, and I warmly welcome clients who are curious about integrating holistic or expressive elements into their therapeutic journey.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and supported.
