she/her
My experiences with yoga, motherhood, caregiving, and my own personal therapy journey inform my approach to therapy. These experiences have deepened my understanding of mindfulness, self-awareness, connection, and the process of healing and growth. I view therapy as a space to foster greater self-awareness, authenticity, and personal growth. I hope to create a collaborative relationship where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. My intention is to support you in developing trust in your intuition, deepening your understanding, and stepping more fully into your sense of empowerment. I believe humor can have a meaningful place in therapy. Sometimes, a little laughter can help us pause, breathe, gain perspective, and remember that personal growth doesn’t always have to feel so heavy.
I see the therapist’s role as empathetic, curious, and hopeful. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining evidence-based frameworks with experiential ways of knowing. I strive to practice with clinical intention, cultural attunement, curiosity, and humility, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children, drawing from emotionally focused and solution-focused approaches within a systems-based, trauma-informed framework. My work is also informed by experiential approaches inspired by Virginia Satir. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can feel respected, understood, and empowered. We will work together to develop goals and make a plan for how to explore and resolve difficult issues in order to reach your personal goals and create meaningful change. The relationship we build together will be an important and meaningful part of that process.
