I believe in the power of self-expression as a pathway to healing and transformation. With a background in peace and conflict studies, I’ve seen how artistic expression can bring peace—both within ourselves and in our relationships with others. I’m especially drawn to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem, gender and identity exploration, body image, relationships, and grief or loss.
My person-centered approach is grounded in attachment theory, mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. As a queer-identifying therapist, I’m passionate about creating an inclusive and compassionate space for LGBTQAI+ individuals. I may offer art (such as drawing, painting, collage, etc.) as a therapeutic tool along the way, and it is always an open invitation, never a requirement. Whether through art or conversation, together I hope to co- create a safe space where you can explore your emotions and uncover your own unique path to healing.
I am pursuing a masters degree at Antioch University in mental health counseling and art therapy.
