Ashley is dually trained and credentialed in Marriage and Family Therapy (WA LMFT), as well as Art Therapy (Board Certified Registered Art TherapistSM (ATR-BC®). Since earning her Master's degree in 2013, Ashley has worked in community mental health settings, hospitals, an oncology support agency, a pediatric clinic, and private practice. She has also taught Art Therapy and Marriage and Family Therapy courses at the graduate level. Her clinical work focuses on the development within the family life cycle, specifically from the perinatal period through young adulthood. Ashley has advanced training in infant mental health and early childhood development. As a supervisor and clinician, she approaches her work from a systemic and collaborative perspective. Ashley enjoys supporting emerging clinicians' development of their identities and confidence as therapists, especially within the field of Art Therapy. Ashley currently maintains the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Approved Supervisor credential.
