PLATEAU PRIDE
Plateau Pride started in 2022 as celebration of the launching of community mental health agency and non profit organization, Hope Development Practice.
This is our third annual pride festival in East Pierce County. Both of the last two years had >500 people attend. We have live music, food trucks, vendors selling merchandise and sharing services information, activities, and much more. As the first Pride event of it’s kind in rural WA, the event promotes open, safer, more educated families and communities. We anticipate higher attendance of this year's Plateau Pride because of the new centralized event location.

We hosted the 1st annual Plateau Pride event in Bonney Lake, WA on June 12, 2022 to bring awareness to the growing diverse population in Pierce County. We had an amazing turn out of over 500 people along with King5 news to do an inclusive story. Read More
