Katie Kerrigan, MA, LMFTA

(she/they)

I graduated with my Masters from Antioch University Seattle in Psychology, specializing in Couple and Family Therapy and Sex Therapy. My approach to therapy is through a systemic lens and is trauma-informed, anti-racist, sex and body positive, and affirming of queer, poly, and kink identities. I enjoy theoretical frameworks and modalities such as Sex Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Strengths-Based Approaches. While I am comfortable within these frameworks, my priority is to work with you to collaboratively build a style of therapy that fits your unique needs and position. I am an advocate for bodily autonomy, gender equity, and collective liberation for people of all bodies, races, gender identities, and social locations. I hope to bring warmth, sex positivity, creativity, and respectful curiosity to session to explore your goals for therapy in a way that works for you and your lifestyle. I am continuously open to feedback about our work together and will ask your input at several points throughout treatment.Â
