Hi, I’m Jenn and I’m here to help clean up pleasure’s dirty reputation.

Are you looking to tune into your desires, welcome more pleasure, and build a more creative life? I support individuals and families in navigating life transitions, sexual health concerns, genital pelvic pain, perinatal challenges, and anxiety/depression through the means of expressive therapies and mindfulness techniques.

I am passionate about helping others find their creative energy in life, whether that be through talking, art-making, or mindful movement. What I value most about my work is helping my clients become more knowledgeable about their own needs, desires, and pleasures and using that to propel their therapeutic process. Additionally, I aim to help individuals and families strengthen their relationships to create lasting changes.

I offer a neutral, strength-based approach to my work to help you feel validated throughout your therapeutic journey. I utilize a systemic and holistic lens when viewing my work as I believe there is a strong connection between the mind, body, and spirit in relation to the various systems of the world that you may enter into. In addition, I offer an open, non-judgmental stance in my space and welcome those who are LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, sex workers, and/or kinky.

I’m excited to go on this journey with you.

Professional & Education:

I attended Central Washington University for my BA in Psychology with a minor in Family Science. I currently am a Master’s candidate at Antioch University for Couple & Family Therapy with Art Therapy and Sex Therapy. I have also been credentialed with the American College of Sexologists International as a Certified Sex Educator (CSE). Other credentials I hold include: Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS).

Personal:

I love to do anything creative and outdoors. When I am not at school, I am attending a new training, reading books, hiking, dancing, gardening, skiing, playing with my cat and dog, and writing. I have a dog named Marcy that you may meet occasionally. She is my service animal and is also working on being a therapy dog for others. Additionally, I am a fire performing clown in circuses throughout the PNW (well pre-covid), I like to have fun and get silly.
