Hope Development Practice is a nonprofit Behavioral Health Agency in Pierce County, WA. We are a group of dedicated therapists providing equitable and inclusive therapy options to our clients. We pride ourselves on staying up-to-date skills, tools, and education to assist clients in their development. Our passion is in helping others feel the power of hope and how it can change their life for the best.

Plateau Pride 2025 is over, but our work continues. Our staff are taking a brief pause in our community work, to rest and reset.
